  When Jesus warned his followers against hypocrisy, each of those signs

  fits the GB. I wonder, who do they believe Jesus was talking about.

  We need your money, your time and your blood, but we are not breaking

  your back with heavy, cumbersome loads. We would be out out there with you,

  but we have more important work to do. We are the GB so people need to see us

  and what we(GB) are accomplishing. WE are the GB, our sh--t don't smell and we

  walk on water, so greet us with respect.

  Divergent: I don't get it, "I understand those who were subjected to abuse become

  abusers themselves". What I don't understand do they culture come before the

  words in the Quran? The Quran speaks against Bacha Bazi, men sleeping with

  boys, in fact it speaks against sex before marriage.

  Simon, yes there is a BIG problem in those countries.

  It's nuts, Men who Sodomize young boys are not considered gay or a child

  abuser. In Saudi Arabia a 12 year old girl was married to an 80 year old man.

  In Yemen a 12 year old child bride died from following sexual intercourse.

  Yet they condemn western morality-alcoholism, nudity, premarital sex and homosexuality.

  An American soldiers, Lance Cpl. Gregory Buckley told his father, from his bunk in southern Afghanistan, he could hear the Afghan police officers sexually abusing boys they had brought to the base. At night we can hear them screaming, but we're not allowed to do anything about it. He was told by his American officers to look the other way, why because it's their culture.

  he compared that to 35,000 mcdonalds and 21,000 starbucks roughly to show the size of the theocratic organization.

  i am not sure where the 83,000 comes from what would he be counting?

  Folks hold on, they outnumber the Mormon Church, 29621 congregation

  worldwide. But there are more then 100 folks in their meetings.

  Don't tell them they have more congregations then Mormons, they may

  use this as sign of the end.

  He is one of my favorite comedian. I never forget the bit he did on

  a nuclear bomb. In the 60's we had the drill of hiding under our desk

  in case of a nuclear bomb. I'm hiding under my desk with my legs between

  my legs and I look down at my friend and tell it, I just got to know you good

  by old friend. But the point he made was a nuclear bombs and we are hiding under

  a wooden desk, we are hiding under kindle...

  but many congregation share KH.

  it is evident that the w.t has recently re-branded itself, and has become fairly modern in its marketing techniques.

  so the organisation is in that respect forward thinking, and the former way of doing things has past.. .

  but this rebranding has been done by marketing experts, who maybe realise progress is progress, and that with modernisation many bethelites " even as free volunteers" are possibly no longer required.
